The Random Acts of LOV Program is designed to assist three different target markets.

 

First, caregivers who dedicate their time, talents, and treasure to supporting and taking care of their sick, disabled, or incapacitated loved ones within the home. LOV Olive Branches CDC would like to offer these individuals the ability to take a 4-hour break to go do something that they enjoy such as going to a movie, dinner, spa, in some cases, take a mini-vacation.  The activity and funding are based on customer need and are made at the Board of Director's discretion.  

 

LOV Olive Branches CDC will provide funding to pay for a replacement during the time of the break and provide the participant with a gift card or prepaid access to their entertainment. This would also apply grandparents who are now raising their grandchildren. 

 

Second, Senior Citizens who may need assistance with bills, groceries, purchasing medicines, or in need of transportation may be selected to receive funds to take care of these needs.

 

Third, Terminally Ill individuals and Homeless families.
